Support requests

If you’re having trouble with your subscription or some other aspect of the website, email support@arktimes.com or call 501-492-3991. Our support staff is available M-F 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

I’m a subscriber. How do I log in?

Your pre-existing password cannot be transferred to the new membership system. When you visit us at Arktimes.com, you will need to sign in a little differently. First, select the account button in the top right of your screen.

There are three sign-in methods available to you:

  • Get a one-time passcode sent to your email address, or
  • Set a permanent password you can re-use every time, or
  • Sign in with a Google account (like a gmail.com address or an address linked to a Google account)
I’m not a subscriber. Do I still need to log in?

We encourage all non-subscribers to log in to our site.

We’re moving to a new system for managing user accounts. This change will make it easier for you to manage your account and your newsletter choices.

You will need to re-create your free user account by entering your email address. Signing in is required to gain the benefits of registration (such as extra free article reads, and easy management of email newsletters).

It’s also a great time to become a full member.

The steps to re-create your account are simple:

1. At the top-right of the website, click the “Sign In” button.

2.  Click the link that says “I don’t have an account”.

3. Enter your email address  and click “Sign up”. Or if you have a gmail.com address or an email address linked to a Google account, you can click “Sign in with Google” to seamlessly sign in with that address.

4. If you didn’t sign in with Google, check your email inbox for a 6-digit code to verify your identity. Type or paste that code into the form and click “Sign in”.

You should now be signed in to your account. You should remain signed in on that device for up to 30 days, after which you will be asked to sign in again. To set a permanent password to use for future logins, visit your account settings by clicking the My Account link at the top-right of any page. That page also includes your newsletter settings.

I want to make a comment on an article. How do I do that?

At the bottom of our articles, you’ll see our comment box. You’ll need an account to make comments, but the steps to create an account are simple.

You’ll use the field “Sign Up with Disqus” and follow the prompts. Once your account is created, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link. Click the link to confirm that an account for your email address wasn’t created by mistake.

If you delete the confirmation email by accident, you can still log into your account using your email address after requesting a password recovery email.

To make this process simpler, we recommend using the same email address that is associated with your Arkansas Times subscription.

I’d like a print subscription. How do I request copies by mail?

Please reach out to support@arktimes.com or fill out the form on this page. One of our team members will reach out to get your print subscription set up.
