Jury finds Dennis Rainey guilty in tree-trimming case, fines him $1,000
The courtroom erupted into applause from both sides Friday afternoon as the jury reached its verdict. Dennis Rainey was found guilty of criminal mischief in the second degree for trimming trees on Central Arkansas Water property in 2021, and he was fined $1,000. No jail time will be served.
