The plaintiffs in a long-running marijuana cultivation lawsuit say the attorney general’s office should be disqualified. Doralee Chandler, the former director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control division, is now the deputy attorney general for state agencies and a “necessary witness” in the case, according to the plaintiffs.
