Many people are mourning the loss of Little Rock’s Lassis Inn — one of the oldest Black-owned restaurants in the country — after reports on Thursday circulated that the restaurant has closed permanently. Owner Elihue Washington Jr. said on a phone call Friday morning not to count the restaurant out just yet.
